Interactive Management Tools

MIT’s Mobile Interactive Delivery Application Solution (MIDAS) is a high speed, high capacity mobile messaging suite. MIDAS incorporates all areas of interactive mobile messaging communication with both SMS and MMS capabilities. With capacity exceeding 1 million SMS inbound messages per hour it delivers some of the fastest speeds in the industry. MIDAS can be configured to run a range of mobile campaigns.

MIDAS has been built to serve the demands of different 4 business sectors. Through a range of sector specific interfaces, it can run different mobile services that apply to Agencies, Mobile Network Operators (MNO’s), Corporate and Media companies.

MIDAS Agency:

MIDAS enables and integrates mobile technologies into direct marketing, direct response, sales promotions and brand experiences.

MIDAS Corporate:

MIDAS provides corporate companies with inbound and outbound messaging solutions as well as customer care response and survey solutions.

MIDAS Media:

MIDAS runs high volume competition and voting services along with SMS alerts, marketing tools and location based services for media companies.

MIDAS Operator:

MIDAS allows MNO’s to offer consumer alerts to their subscription base. Additional operator grade services include marketing tools, sponsorship services and corporate communications.

MIDAS is not only fast and robust but also flexible in integrating with other applications, be they internal or third party. MIT can provide you with a number of different API sets so that data can be extracted or fed into MIDAS by external applications. Where existing solutions do not meet client requirements MIT can integrate bespoke applications and features due to MIDAS having modular architecture.

Overview of Standards:

Technology

MIDAS has been built to operate at the highest industry standards in order to provide your business with a high performance, efficient and reliable service. With MIDAS being fully redundant and linearly scalable, it can easily be integrated to suit the needs of your business in terms of messaging through puts and data security. The platform was built with a three-tiered architecture of front-end layer, application layer and database layer so that new hardware can be plugged in to increase capacity. The MIDAS application layer has been designed with generic gateway API’s so that integration into new gateways can be achieved with minimal development effort.
